Ross Hardin

Ross is a commercial real estate finance and investment professional with more than a decade of capital transactions experience. He is particularly adept at structuring complex transactions involving various participants across the capital stack.

Prior to joining Finneo, Ross underwrote, negotiated, and closed capital transactions representing more than $2.5 billion of real estate value during his tenure as Vice President of Alden Torch Financial (formerly Hunt Capital Partners). He also has experience as Co-GP on numerous asset resolutions and restructuring efforts during his time as Managing Partner of Eagle Road Partners.

Ross holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from Colorado State University (both with honors). He is an avid skier and enjoys spending his weekends outdoors with family and friends.
