We are a small, nimble, highly experienced and motivated team both on the Business and Technology front.


Finneo is currently seeking a dynamic individual for Channel Manager role to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Finneo team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of CRE Lending or Brokerage experience.

  • Manage relationships with over 150 Brokers (Colliers and Royal LePage Commercial) that use Finneo software for Debt Inquiries,
  • Update Finneo’s CRM Broker interface on a daily basis,
  • Daily Demos/Presentations with Key Brokers across Canada
  • Source new deals, help create DOLs (Debt Opinion Letters) and originate new Property Clients for Finneo’s software subscription
  • Assist the Finneo team to create, edit, and/or prepare debt proposals (CIM’s), financial underwriting, due diligence, credit investigations, market research, and updates
    • Top-Tier University Education: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or Urban Land Development etc.
    • MBA, AACI, CFA, CCIM, or other professional designations are an asset
    • 2-4 years full time professional experience in commercial real estate, investments, lending etc
    • Experience in brokerage / transaction environment considered an asset
    • Expert proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong working knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate
    • Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to stakeholders
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
    • A professional yet personable demeanor
    • Ability to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
    • Must be proactive and take initiative
