Role :
  • Front end origination of clients for Finneo’s Debt Technology Platform
  • Clients include medium to large sophisticated CRE owners including REITs
  • Role will involve lots of outbound calls in the beginning combined with Software demos
  • Successful candidate will evolve into a channel manager role (for e.g., to manage Colliers or Royal LePage commercial broker channels)
  • Proactively Manage company Linkedin Channel and liase with marketing group and leadership to source new leads and set up meetings
  • Regularly update company sales pipleline in Asana/Hubspot etc
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the CRE industry is a MUST. Investment sales or CRE Debt financing preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Have a data-focused, competitive attitude
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University is a must
  • Base + Bonus, commensurate with experience and skill set
